UCD seeks development partner

UCD is seeking a development partner for its Gateway project, a major scheme earmarked for a 24.5 acre site at the Stillorgan Road entrance to the Belfield site. The university has already short-listed five architects for the project and is now ‘‘inviting experienced developers to submit their credentials to enter a competitive process to select a development partner’’. The Gateway project is expected to deliver 120,000 square metres of mixed use development and will include a cultural centre with an arthouse cinema, new student housing, a medical centre, creche, a hotel, offices, car parking and conference facilities.
