The Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland is administering an open two stage design contest for architectural, engineering, quantity surveying and associated services. It would be the intention of the promoters to appoint the winning team, but the promoters reserve the right to make separate, individual and different appointments other than that of the winning architect / architectural practice. It is the intention of Wexford County Council to construct a well designed building to accommodate all the principal functions carried out by the council. The Council expect their new headquarters to be a building of significant architectural merit that will reflect its importance as the location of the main local government authority of the county.
