Two of Ireland's largest architecture firms, Scott Tallon Walker (STW) and Murray O'Laoire, have reported strong profits for the last year. STW, which has offices in Dublin, Galway and Limerick, made a pre-tax profit of just over €1 million on turnover of almost €8.75 million last year, according to accounts just filed. The company had shareholders' funds of almost €5.2 million at the end of the year. The company's major shareholders are its ten directors, who include Ronnie and Michael Tallon, Niall Scott, Michael Aston, David Cahill and Peter Dudley.
