The purchaser of the headquarters of the Department of Justice building on St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, for €52.3 million is likely to seek planning permission for an additional floor to the top of the existing six-storey building and give it a much needed facelift, industry sources believe. While Shelbourne Developments is refusing to be drawn on its plans for the building, saying it is "reviewing its options", sources say it is likely to be retained as offices with a luxury residential top floor
