A national marine life centre is included in a €100m development blueprint earmarked for Dun Laoghaire harbour, Co Dublin. The redeveloped pier will include a 127-bed hotel, 229 apartments, retail, leisure uses and a floating stage. The board of the Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company unanimously selected a scheme proposed by a consortium led by Urban Capital with joint venture partners Sisk/Park Developments and Hugh O'Regan.
