The Ilac Centre will soon be transformed from its outdated dark design into a larger, brighter and more pleasant shopping experience. The Ilac Centre at Henry/Mary Street, Dublin 1 has been granted planning permission by Dublin City Council for a 40 million revamp. This money will be used to transform the centre into a bright, airy shopping mall with a 5,000 sq m (538,000 sq ft) extension.
