A multi-million euro plan to replace part of the rejected €1bn project to regenerate Spencer Dock was revealed to local residents last night. Property developers Treasury Holdings have come up with an alternative plan for part of the extensive Spencer Dock site in Dublin after previous plans were thrown out. The company last night put forward preliminary proposals for the 5.5 hectare site beside the Royal Canal which envisage substantial housing, office space as well as artisan-style quarters.
