St Joseph's Mansions was a rundown flats complex in Dublin's north inner city: now it's Killarney Court, a refurbished development of 105 homes. Ten-year-old Craig Fox remembers what St Joseph's Mansions in Killarney Street was like before its transformation. "It was in a heap," he says. Few adults in the area would disagree with his verdict, because "Joey's" was in such bad shape that Dublin City Council considered demolishing the entire complex.
