Dublin City Council believes that the new Living over the Shop scheme has the potential to create over 3,000 new housing units. The scheme is available until December 2004 and offers attractive incentives for both owner-occupiers and investors. The scheme offers 100% write-off on refurbishment and some new build in respect of both residential and retail development.
