Trinity College has obtained planning permission for its €114.28 million (Ł90 million) development of the landmark site at the corner of Pearse Street and Westland Row. In November, the college applied for a number of alterations to its original permission, which included building a large lecture theatre at street level instead of below ground as originally planned.
