A Ł90m development blueprint by Trinity College Dublin is set to transform the north east corner of the university campus. The integrated development will be located on lands bounded by Pearse Street and Westland Row which are bisected by the existing railway viaduct. Various schemes have been conceived for this key site. The proposed development now ultimately decided upon aims to meet the college requirements for computer science, statistics and high performance computing, pharmaceutical research, sports and lecture theatre accommodation.
