New face of city corner

The Irish Times

It was meant to be an office block, then a Hilton and now it's the "luxury upscale" Westin Hotel, offering "heavenly beds" in 163 expensive, well-appointed rooms in the heart of Dublin, right across the street from Trinity College. Occupying most of the triangular site between College Street, Fleet Street and Westmoreland Street, the new hotel could hardly be better located. As Westin's own press release noted, it is an "outstanding property" on a par with any of its parent Starwood group's 725 hotels and resorts worldwide.
