Temple Bar Property officially launched The Old City in the West End of the Temple Bar area yesterday. The project marks the completion of an ambitious urban renewal scheme that began in 1991. "In just under ten years, the Temple Bar area has been transformed from relative obscurity into a vibrant cultural quarter, representing one of the most complex and aspiring urban regeneration projects to be undertaken in the State," Minister for the Environment Mr Dempsey said.
