High-rise plan approved

Bord Pleanala has given the go-ahead for a controversial Zoe high-rise apartment development in Dublin it previously shot down because of its serious health concerns over cancer-causing contamination. The board is now insisting that after the development is completed there must be indoor air quality monitoring for harmful coal and petrol gases in the basements and ground floor areas of buildings.
