Office block gets an elegant facelift

The Sunday Business Post

The office block has been around for some time and was introduced onto Ireland's streets in earnest in the 1960s. It was seen as a symbol of progress and modernity and wasmconsidered to be the only practical sort of space in which to operate a large business. Any self-respecting semi-state agency, bank or insurance company just had to occupy all or part of such a block. With a few exceptions, most office buildings erected in the latter part of the 20th century were dull and crude.
