Belvedere House in the midlands designed by Richard Castle, the architect credited with Leinster House, Dublin's Rotunda Hospital, Powerscourt Estate and Russborough House, Co Wicklow, will open to the public next week following extensive refurbishment. Close to Ł6 million has been invested in restoring the house, together with its gardens and parkland.
