A major £200m complex, set to include Ireland's highest residential building at 19 storeys, is planned for Dublin's inner south city quayside by property company Dunloe Ewart Plc. To be located on a site of four acres bounded by Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Britain Quay and Benson Street, the company is proposing to build over 230 homes as part of an office, shopping and leisure centre development. The site was bought for £7.5m two years ago from Noel Smith, the current chairman of Dunloe Ewart. The development will also contain a new landmark building, north-west of the Zoe-built Millennium Tower building on Charlotte Quay the highest so far to be constructed in the city centre.
