Studied at University College Dublin, graduating 1981. Spent a year studying and working in Rome before returning to Dublin to work with An Taisce, Scott Tallon Walker, Arthur Gitiney, de Blacam and Meagher, and Brian O'Halloran and Associates. Established McCullough Mulvin Architects with Niall McCullough.
